  • Assess community needs and identify priorities.
  • Plan for a unified system of care through partnerships with
    consumers, family members, providers, and the public.
  • Collaborate with community partners including CSBs, Courts, Education, etc. to provide prevention, treatment, and support services.
  • Empower consumers by giving them a voice in the behavioral health system and allowing them to direct their own recovery.
  • Fund and promote local support and/or levies for community care.
  • Monitor contract providers through program reviews and audits.
  • Evaluate cost effectiveness, continuity of care, and quality.
