Information Management:
The purpose of the Information Management Committee is to ensure that Board data use drives data collection by recommending the essential data and process model of member boards as determined in statute, and assessing the degree to which boards implement the essential business model and by developing best practice guidelines for use of data required to fulfill the mission of member boards.

Kids: The purpose of the Kids Committee is to help promote and protect the interests of children and their families with regard to alcohol, drug, mental health and funding issues by educating policy makers, prevention and treatment professionals and the community at large about the unique mental health, alcohol and other drug addiction needs of children and advocating on behalf of children for improved mental health, alcohol and other drug addiction treatment and prevention services and access to care.

Medicaid: The purpose of the Medicaid Committee is to become the designated body within the Association that initially addresses any Medicaid issue that arises, examine the impact that Medicaid has on Ohio’s Behavioral Health System and make needed recommendations for change, and educate and assist all Boards in adhering to Federal and State Medicaid laws, rules and regulations.
