The EBP Toolkit is a available to provide assistance for local planning of services and programs for older adults.
These practices have proven to be effective and instrumental in promoting better physical and behavioral health among older and/or disabled adults.
Integration of Physical & Behavioral Health Summit Presentation Resources
Coordination of care for physical, mental, and substance abuse illnesses drew nearly 200 medical and behavioral health professionals to Columbus on September 26, 2007. The Integration of Physical and behavioral Health Educational Summit brought together consumers, physicians, chemical dependency counselors, social workers, health clinic administrators, managed care representatives and others interested in holistic care to forge partnerships to benefit the consumer.
