The Ohio Empowerment Coalition has released two Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for “Coming to Your Community” events. These RFPs are for organizations interested in co-sponsoring regional events that will provide peers and community leaders an opportunity to come together to celebrate mental health recovery. OEC will be funding five regional events around Ohio. If your organization is a 501 (C)(3) non-profit consumer-operated agency or proactively includes consumers in the decision-making process, you will be eligible to apply for a grant to sponsor a one-day regional recovery event next spring or summer. This offers a wonderful opportunity for our peers and community leaders to come together to celebrate mental health recovery in your region.
